If you haven't already checked out Better Body Foods PB Fit Powder, YOU SHOULD! It's a peanut butter powder that has 1/3 the calories of regular peanut butter and 90% less fat. You can follow the directions on the jar to make peanut butter or you can use it as an addition to your smoothies, oatmeal, pancakes, etc.

PB Fit Shake
1 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tbsp of Better Body Food's PB Fit
Blend together and enjoy!
