Green Smoothies

1.   There are many of you who do not have a juicer. So I wanted to quickly add some GREEN smoothie recipes to my cookbook.

2.  If you’re looking for a new protein powder: I recently ordered a new one. It’s called “Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens”. I can’t say enough good things about this so far. I got the “coconut vanilla” flavor and it is soooo yummy. Also, it’s like a natural botox… it consists of 9,375 mg of collagen in just one scoop. Collagen is what helps to improve your skin’s firmness, hydration, and elasticity. I wrote more about this magical powder HERE

3.     SO, I’ll start out with the smoothie I make using this protein powder, but you can use any other protein powder you like as well.

4.     Then, I’ve listed some other great green smoothies! These are all good to make use of any leftovers you have, as well.
