If you follow me on Snapchat, you've seen this recipe 100 times. It is SO GOOD. I make this on Sunday's and honestly eat it every single day throughout the week because it's that good and insanely healthy. It's the perfect & QUICK breakfast to get you going in the morning! Here's the recipe:
Makes 4 servings
1 cup of oats
¼ cup of chia seeds
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
½ tablespoon of honey - (I like WedderSpoon's Raw Manuka Honey)
1 tablespoon of almond butter (unsalted)
Handful of coconut flakes
top with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, granola, etc.
Mix all together in a tupperware and leave it in your fridge to set for 2-4 hours!
