Spaghetti Squash

Here’s another great base for the “Homemade Meat Sauce” recipe in my E-book!

It seriously takes 5 minutes of prep and is a super healthy and delicious substitute to pasta.

Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper – to taste

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Line a baking sheet with foil

Cut the squash in half, lengthwise, from stem to tail and scrape out the seeds

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

Place squash, cut-side down, onto the baking dish

Place in oven and roast for 35-45 minutes, until tender

Take out of the oven, and use a fork to make "spaghetti" looking noodles!
