Ok..... this is embarrassing. BUT, I have to show you guys so you can see what you're getting yourselves into (and it's GOOD).

Here are my before and after photos:

The photo on the left was taken in 2013, during my freshman year of college at the University of Arizona. I 100% ate a grilled cheese every single day and the only times I consumed vegetables and/or fruits was when I went home to San Diego (like for the holidays...) I'm not joking.

The photo on the right is what I look like today.  The confidence levels in this photo are SO MUCH HIGHER than the left. You can even see it in the way I'm smiling. The way I stand up and carry myself has even changed.

JUST LOOK AT THE SHAPE OF MY FACE in both of these photos! My face was one of the last places to lose weight, but it was so worth it in the end. I honestly look like I got a nose job. Nope, just lost 20 pounds.

(Also, that eyeshadow is going to be a no for me...)

Ok, so the photo on the left was taken....  JUST TWO YEARS AGO. The photo on the right is today. I am a total butt girl and am all about squats, yoga, and more squats, and more yoga. And let me tell ya, it's working!!

Flat tummy moment!

The photo on the left: I was working out every single day, but I wasn't eating healthy AT ALL. The photo on the right: I workout 4 or 5 times a week (less than I did before) and eat AMAZINGLY colorful foods every day. Make healthy food your priority.

One more tummy one for good measure!!

Sorry this one's a little blurry!

The photo on the left is right after I graduated high school and the photo on the right is today. WHO SAYS YOU'LL NEVER HAVE YOUR HIGH SCHOOL BODY BACK? I got it back, and then REALLY surpassed it. By a mile. or 5...

Ok this is the last one for now, but this is THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE.

So, the top left photo is middle of high school. I was probably 15 or 16 years old at this time. A few years ago, I had this photo saved on my desktop as my goal body. It's always good to be YOUR OWN competition, don't work towards a body that isn't yours. Work towards the best that YOUR body can be.

The photo on the top right was taken around two years ago. This is when I was completely STARVING myself and full on dieting. I seriously was working out intensely every single day, too.

The photo on the bottom is today. Like I said before, I do not do intense workouts everyday and I am eating MORE THAN EVER. I'm telling you, the food is EVERYTHING. I once read online that weight loss and getting fit is 70% what you eat and 30% exercise. This is exactly what I go by today, and what a difference it makes. This photo is so important because in all three of these images I am around THE SAME EXACT WEIGHT. And yet, there is one that is clearly better than the others. I am not trying to toot my own horn here, but it's OK to be PROUD OF WHAT YOU WORK HARD FOR!

So, moral of the story is: EAT MORE, LOOK BETTER! Filling your plates with delicious, organic, healthy, and nutritious foods is KEY.

I cannot wait to see everyone's before and after photos. There is so much to look forward to, you BEAUTIFUL humans. Work hard, play hard, eat well, & GET GREAT RESULTS.
